Our compliance programs include:

Health Risk Assessments

A risk assessment will be done through an inspection of the premises and work processes. This process is done jointly with Health & Safety Coordinators, Hygienists and Medical Practitioners. While performing this function, the risks will be outlined and recommendations made.

Medical Surveillance

The establishment of this programme is based on the results received from the Health Risk Assessment (HRA), with the purpose being to ensure:

  • Compliance to the Occupational Health and Safety Act or Mine Health and Safety Act?
  • Employees are protected from acquiring an Occupational disease or injury
  • The health of employees who are exposed to certain hazards such as high noise levels, hazardous chemicals etc.

The aim of medical surveillance and biological monitoring services is to ensure that employees are medically examined before they are placed in job positions, to determine on an ongoing basis the status of employee health and to determine their level of health when leaving the company.

We offer onsite medical assessment with our mobile clinic.

Occupational Hygiene Compliance Surveys

We use our professional skills and specialized equipment to reliably quantify employee exposure to occupational health and hygiene work related hazards.

The main aim of occupational hygiene services is to ensure that programs are put in place that identify and evaluate health and hygiene work place hazards and recommend control measures that can be put in place to control exposure of employees to such hazards.
